Resolutions of the Board of Directors. Currently,

In general, the provisions in the higher documents are in effect when the
lower documents are "silent" in that regard. A provision in a
lower document takes precedence when it is more restrictive than a similar
provision in a higher document, but can not be less restrictive. For example, if
the state law says that the required period for advance notice of a meeting is
10 days, the Association by-laws could opt to establish a 14-day minimum
requirement, but could not establish a less restrictive 7-day requirement.
