        Minutes of Meetings

Hunters Green Cluster Association holds its Annual Meeting on the first Tuesday in December.  The time, location, and agenda for the meeting is announced to the members, by statute, a minimum of ten days prior to the meeting.  Customarily this is done by distribution of a newsletter.  For purposes of planning your schedule, the date, time and location of this year's meeting has already been determined:  8:00 PM, Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at the Browns Chapel Community Room, 11300 Baron Cameron Avenue.  The agenda will include election for two positions on the Board of Directors.

Meetings of the Board of Directors are held both regularly, and also by call of the President of the Board.  All meetings of the Board are open to attendance by Association members.  Regularly scheduled meetings of the Board take place on the second Thursday night in each odd-numbered month (e.g., Jan., Mar., May, ...).  Those meetings will begin at 7:30 pm and are generally held at the Reston Community Center in the Hunters Woods Village Center, although the venue is subject to change if a room is not available at the RCC.  Additional meetings may be scheduled as necessary, subject to the call of the President. 

Meeting notification will take place via this website as well as by e-mail to those members and residents who have registered their e-mail address with the Board.  Optionally, members can write a letter of request to the President of the Board, once each year, requesting of the Board to be notified in advance of each and every Board meeting during that year.
