Periodically, Hunters Green Cluster Association publishes a printed Newsletter and circulates it to the Cluster Residents and non-resident Association members.

Newsletters contain information which the Board of Directors feels is important for members and residents to know.  At a minimum, there will always be at least two newsletters per year: 

	One in the fall announcing the date, time, and place of the Association's Annual Meeting, as well as presenting the Association's annual budget that has been proposed for the following year.
	One early in the new year, presenting the results of the annual meeting, including approval of the budget, the results of the elections, and the identity of the new Board of Directors.
